The JW Marriott Parq Vancouver does not facilitate the arrangement of return shipments. If you will be shipping items back to your local office or abroad, please arrange for your preferred courier in advance.

FLOORPLAN AND TABLE ASSIGNMENT
Your table number has been assigned to you, via email. If you do not have your table number, contact Enney.
We will provide you with one 6’ table and one chair. Your exhibition space footprint is 6’ x 4’.

  • Complimentary wi-fi is available on the exhibition floor foyer.
  • Wired internet, electrical & audio visual requirements must be organized through FREEMAN at an additional cost.

  • You may be asked for your exhibitor table number as part of the order

DELIVERY TO THE JW MARRIOT PARQ 

Please complete this shipping label for all items shipped to the venue HERE. All items must be clearly labeled. Handling charges may be incurred based upon size, weight, and storage of conference materials.
Items may be received by the hotel starting Mon. Nov 19th. Please do not send your items earlier. 

If you must bring in your exhibition materials via the hotel’s loading dock, please contact Enney Hoang before November 12 to arrange.

Customs Broker
If you are shipping items from outside Canada, your shipment will require a customs form to accompany your goods. The customs form is here.

  • Your badges will be ready for pick up before the Opening Reception (NOV 19) at the JW Marriott Parq Vancouver | Fairview Ballroom from 5:00PM to 7:30PM or during Registration & Breakfast (NOV 20) from 7:00AM to 8:00AM.

 

ATTENDEE LIST

  • The delegate list will be shared post conference.
  • BPC practices permission marketing, only delegates who have agreed to have their contact details shared will appear on our lists.
