We will provide you with one 6' skirted table and one chair. Your exhibition space footprint is 6' wide by 4' deep. Your table number will be assigned to you via
email.

Shipping and Handling
 
  • Please read the Shipping and Receiving Instructions carefully.
  • All large items that cannot be hand carried must be brought in via the Loading Dock. 
  • To book an appointment for the Loading Dock, please prepare the following information and send it to Susan Kneider (Susan.Kneider@marriott.com | 778.370.5012)

  • Please use this Shipping Label for all items shipped to the venue. All items must be clearly labeled.

Customs

Deliveries from outside of Canada will require a customs form to accompany your goods. 

  • If you are coming from the US and will be sending display materials across the border, please contact Andrea Mirgel. She will ensure your shipment clears customs and is not delayed at the border. 
  • If you are carrying any exhibit materials with you on the plane, please contact Maggie Wong at maggie@bigpictureconferences.ca and she will provide a letter from the Canada Border Services Agency which you should print and travel with, in addition to an itemized list/commercial invoice of the exhibit materials you are bringing along. This will help to expedite the customs clearance process at the terminal.

Internet/ Electricity

  • Complimentary wi-fi is available on the exhibition floor foyer with access code: WCLC2019
  • Wired internet and electrical requirements must be organized through FREEMAN at an additional cost.
  • ​You may be asked for your exhibitor table number as part of the order.

Audio Visual

  • AV equipment can be ordered from Primeau AV, the official AV provider for the conference. Please contact Doug Primeau at doug@primeaumultimedia.com to request a quote and to place your order.

 

REGISTRATION AND ACCOMMODATION

Registration

If you and your team have not yet registered for the conference, please contact Maggie Wong immediately at maggie@bigpictureconferences.ca or 416-924-2002 x 242 so that we can count you in and have your badges ready for you. Registration will be open Monday Nov 25 from 4 pm during the opening night reception or Tuesday Nov 26 from 7 am during breakfast. 

Hotel

If you have not yet made accommodation arrangements and wish to stay at the JW Marriott Parq Vancouver - please contact Brian Chang at brian.Chang@marriott.com to enquire about availability at the group rate.  For reference the conference group rate is $279 per night for single occupancy based on availability. 

 

GETTING TO THE JW MARRIOTT PARQ VANCOUVER

Driving Directions

Leaving the airport, follow signs to City Centre via Granville St. Follow Granville St. until you have crossed the Granville St. Bridge. Once over the bridge, take the exit for BC 99N to turn onto Drake St., the first stoplight after the Granville St. Bridge. Follow Drake St. for five blocks until you reach Pacific Blvd. Turn left onto Pacific Blvd then proceed for 1 km. As you near BC Place Stadium turn left onto Smithe Street and you will have arrived to JW Marriott Parq Vancouver. Alternatively, if coming over the Cambie St. bridge take a left onto Expo Blvd., and then take a left onto Nelson St. and left onto Pacific Blvd to Smithe St.

On-site parking, fee: 42 CAD daily / 4 CAD per hour / 15 CAD (5am-5pm / 5pm-12am)
Valet parking, fee: 47 CAD daily / 19 CAD (1-3 hours) / 37 CAD (3-6 hours)
