Ryan leads all investment activity at Pomeroy, overseeing acquisitions, dispositions and debt transactions at the organization, managing capital deployment within Pomeroy’s existing 17 Hotel and two Resort properties while also working closely with ownership on the development of long term corporate strategy and organizational capital structure. Ryan has previously held Asset Management roles at InnVest REIT and Westmont Hospitality Group and worked in the Finance Department at Dream Industrial REIT.
