Tom Lorenzo is the Vice President and Managing Director of Development for the Northeast U.S. and Canada for Hilton. Tom is responsible for managing a team of dedicated hotel real estate professionals and working with them to increase distribution of the Hilton brands across the Northeast U.S. and Canada. Tom also directly covers development opportunities in New York City and the surrounding boroughs.

Tom’s previous positions, prior to joining Hilton, include Real Estate Manager for Extended Stay America (ESA) and Consultant/Asset Manager for the Hopgood Group.

Tom received his Bachelor of Science in Hotel Administration from the University of New Hampshire and acquired his MBA with a concentration in Finance from the University of Hartford.
